Role Title: Healthcare Marketing Manager (Provider and Patient) Role Location: Abbey Street Company: Vhi Group Services A full-time and permanent position has arisen within Vhi for a Healthcare Marketing Manager role. This role is pivotal in developing and executing marketing and communication strategies that effectively communicate with healthcare providers and patients. The ideal candidate should have experience communicating to a clinical/patient target audience, they will work closely with agencies to create compelling marketing/ communication collaterals and ensure consistency across all patient communication touch points. Additionally, the candidate must collaborate closely with the advertising, events, clinical and PR teams to execute campaigns and events. Benefits:

- Design and execute comprehensive marketing/ communication plans targeting healthcare providers (GPs, Consultants, Dentists, and other Allied Health Professionals etc.) and patients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Partner with external agencies to develop high-quality marketing/communications materials, including brochures, web content & promotional campaigns outside remit of ATL team.
- Manage agency relationships to ensure timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Oversee the creation of marketing/communication collaterals that resonate with both providers and patients.
- Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, compliant with industry regulations and brand guidelines.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all patient communication channels e.g. websites, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Conduct regular audits of communication materials to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Work closely with the advertising, events, and PR teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns and events.
- Ensure seamless coordination and execution of all marketing activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including clinical, sales, product development, and customer service teams, to ensure cohesive communication strategies.
- Present marketing plans and performance reports to senior management.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, B2C Communications, Business Administration, Clinical Communications, Pharmaceutical or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years in healthcare communications, with experience in executing clinical campaigns, monitoring healthcare trends, working in a regulated environment, and ensuring compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and analyse emerging healthcare trends and their impact on communication strategies.
- Experience in running clinical communication campaigns
- Proven experience working within a regulated environment, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and ability to incorporate them into communication plans and patient engagement initiatives.
- Experience in developing and implementing patient engagement strategies to enhance patient experience and outcomes.
