Inventory Control Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for inventory, planning, and performance? We’re looking for an experienced Inventory Planning Manager to join a dynamic team thats redefining retail through innovation, energy, and impact.

In this key role, you’ll report to the Supply Chain & Operations Director and be responsible for ensuring stock availability aligns with customer demand across both eCommerce and a network of 40 physical stores. From pre-season planning to in-season trading and liquidation support, you’ll manage inventory movement with a clear commercial focus.

You’ll collaborate closely with Buying, Merchandising, Retail, and the Fulfilment Centre teams to forecast volumes, optimise stock flow, and drive efficient, customer-centric stock decisions. Your insight will influence everything from product flags and store ranging to trading performance and future strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a seasonal stock movement calendar.
  • Deliver volume forecasts across inbound and outbound to support fulfilment capacity planning.
  • Analyse sales and inventory trends to inform product and store strategies.
  • Support product lifecycle from allocation to liquidation.
  • Lead inventory reviews, best seller analysis, and FML (Fast Moving Lines) management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve store option planning.
  • Develop and coach a Supply Chain Coordinator to strengthen team capability.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in inventory control within a retail or B2C environment.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365), BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
