Job Title: Mechanical Commissioning Lead (Data Centre Project)
Location: Finland
Rotation Option: 10 Days On / 4 Days Off
Employment Type: Permanent
We are currently hiring an experienced Mechanical Commissioning Lead to oversee the commissioning of mechanical systems on a major data centre project in Finland. This role offers the chance to work on a high-profile, technically advanced facility, with the flexibility of a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the mechanical commissioning process from planning through execution and handover.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure timely delivery of mechanical systems.
- Review and validate commissioning documentation including test procedures, method statements, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and commissioning standards and protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the commissioning process to maintain project timelines.
- Maintain up-to-date records of commissioning activities and system performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of commissioning experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in mechanical systems including HVAC, chilled water, and process cooling.
- Prior experience on data centre or large-scale industrial projects is highly advantageous.
- Excellent understanding of commissioning standards and protocols.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
