Logistics Analyst

About the Role

Bia Energy is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support compliance, logistics, and reporting at our anaerobic digestion plant. This role ensures transport and waste regulation compliance, accurate data tracking, and efficient reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate waste intake patterns to enhance operational efficiency and planning.

• Develop KPI reports to track weighbridge accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain transport and waste compliance records, ensuring regulatory alignment.

• Ensure truck licenses and transport operations comply with Department of Agriculture regulations.

• Weigh incoming and outgoing trucks, ensuring precise and accurate digital records are maintained for operational efficiency.

• Manage documentation, including Feedstock Acceptance Agreements, ensuring regulatory adherence.

• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, and supply chain) to improve reporting processes, ensure compliance documentation is up to date, and streamline data management

• Communicate compliance requirements across departments.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years in documentation management, logistic, or compliance.

• Experience in regulatory reporting and audits.

• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and data visualization tools (Canva, Tableau).

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Bachelors degree preferred (business, communication, or related field).

• Additional language skills are a plus.
