To accommodate our continued growth, we are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to uphold and enhance our reputation as the regions leading solar energy specialist.

The Role: Were looking for a proven leader with renewable energy experience to oversee our operations, supporting our existing 1,500+ installations while delivering an unrivalled customer experience. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain efficient systems that strengthen our position as the highest rated solar provider in the Northwest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete solar PV project lifecycle from sale to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications, schedules, and budgets
• Work with senior leadership to shape operational strategy
• Cultivate and maintain supplier relationships
• Optimise workforce scheduling and resource allocation
• Oversee departmental performance across operations
• Enhance support services including IT and finance
• Direct customer support across sales, design, and aftercare
• Establish and maintain high business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
• Oversee daily business operations
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
• Manage operational budgets aligned with business objectives
• Implement comprehensive health and safety protocols across all departments

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar operational leadership role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Exceptional organisational and communication abilities
• Strong multitasking skills and proactive attitude
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments
• Renewable energy experience preferred (1+ year)
• Management experience preferred (5+ years)
• Full clean driving license required
