To learn more, please visit our website.๐ Your Role at a Glance: The key ways youll bring value to the teamAs People Operations Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for delivering exceptional HR operations across the full employee lifecycle. Acting as a subject matter expert and point of escalation, youโll ensure operational excellence while driving efficiency, automation, and employee experience.This role is ideal for a process-driven people leader who is passionate about scalable systems, seamless employee interactions, and continuous improvement. Youโll also partner with senior leadership on strategic HR projects that support company growth and culture.Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage and develop a team of People Operations ICs, providing regular coaching, feedback, and support.
- Build team capability and engagement through clear expectations, growth opportunities, and accountability.
- Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented culture grounded in our values.
- Oversee day-to-day delivery of People Operations services, including onboarding, off-boarding, case management, data administration, and compliance.
- Act as the point of escalation for complex or sensitive employee queries and cases.
- Ensure policies and processes are delivered consistently and with a focus on experience and compliance.
- Drive improvements across systems and workflows to increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with the People Leadership Team on technology enhancements and automation initiatives.
- Document, standardise, and scale People Ops processes across global teams.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and lead delivery of key HR initiatives (e.g. performance cycle, comp reviews, engagement surveys).
- Support change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of new programs or processes.
- Maintain data accuracy across HR systems and tools.
- Analyse lifecycle, engagement, and case data to identify trends and inform improvements.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders across the People team and business.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Partners, Legal, Finance, and IT to align processes and ensure seamless delivery.
- Help ensure People Operations supports strategic goals across the employee lifecycle.
- Ensure HR practices align with internal policies and employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions.
- Contribute to policy updates and ensure operational rollouts are smooth, clear, and well-communicated.
- 7+ years of HR or People Operations experience, including people leadership and operational ownership.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and build scalable processes.
- Strong working knowledge of global HR practices including onboarding, case management, compliance, and data handling.
- A mindset for continuous improvement and comfort with tools, systems, and automation.
- Participation in or delivery of cross-functional strategic projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach others and partner across teams.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or international environments.
- Experience with our tools HiBob, Jira, Kamsa, Ledgy, GSuite, Slack, Notion
- Exposure to benefits, global mobility, or compensation operations.
- Demonstrated success managing vendors or external partners
