Primary Responsibilities for the Role:
The Program Manager will work as a dedicated resource in supporting a large pharmaceutical client in the delivery of a Learning and Development program. This position is work from home and would best suit a person located in the Cork area to attend meetings in person when required.
Specific Accountabilities:
- Provide project management support for the purpose of achieving multiple goals and ensure continued excellence in the delivery of the program.
- Administrative oversight on program execution and single point of contact for participants.
- Ownership of scheduling, document and data management for the program and its participants.
- Manage communications to stakeholders, producing presentations, newsletters and reports. Maintain program communication platform.
- Event and logistics planning for program milestones. Relocation support for participants.
- Work in partnership with stakeholders across the organization to prioritise activities and engagements over the duration of the program.
- Optional: On-site support during live events up to 4 times in the year.
Required Skills and Capabilities:
- Program or project management experience. Proficient in project management systems and communication tools.
- Excellent communication and human relation skills. Basic presenter skills are a must.
- Strong attention to detail, as well as tested organizational skills.
- Experience in resource management and problem-solving.
- Working experience in Learning and Development and/or Customer Relationship Management is a plus.
- Practiced in modern information and communication technologies such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Teams. Competent using Zoom a plus.
Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, Program/Project Management.
