We are looking for Store Managers and Team Leaders (for those ready to take the next step in their career and move into a management role) to join our store in Limerick City Centre.

What Were Looking For:

We need a passionate, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. As a TechStar Manager, youll take charge of the store floor, lead by example, and coach your team to success. Youll interact with customers, drive sales, ensure high-quality repairs, and create an inspiring environment that embodies the TechStar brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead from the Front: Manage and motivate your team directly on the shop floor. Engage with customers, ensure top-notch service, and drive team performance.

- Inspire and Coach: Conduct regular 1-2-1 meetings with your team, providing feedback, support, and professional development.

- Manage Operations: Oversee daily activities, create staff schedules, monitor repair operations, and ensure targets are met.

- Deliver Excellence: Ensure the store meets TechStars high standards of service, appearance, and customer satisfaction.

- Team Development: Train and align your team with TechStars values, policies, and procedures, ensuring we always deliver a consistent experience.

- Growth Opportunity: This role has the potential to expand into managing multiple locations.

Pay: €33,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
