WHAT YOULL DO:

Youll be the rhythm behind our daily beat - keeping things flowing, the team glowing, and our guests smiling.

• Your responsibilities include:

Running smooth, feel-good shifts

• Supporting and guiding our team with kindness
• Helping open and close the house with care
• Keeping an eye on stock (we cant run out of tapioca, right?)
• Training new team members with your know-how
• Bringing ideas to the table - we love fresh energy!

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:

• You dont need to know every answer, but you need to love the questions.
• English: Upper Intermediate to Advanced
• Experience in hospitality or as a supervisor
• Strong leadership + people-first mindset
• Calm, organised, and a great communicator
• Eligible to work full-time in Ireland

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €12.70-€15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
