Team Member

Woodlands Park is a large 4 star caravan and camping park located in Tralee, Co Kerry.

Woodlands Park has an excellent opportunity for a customer focused, friendly and energetic person to join our team.

Must be available to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

Part time position, fixed term: June, July & August

Main duties of the role to include:

• Checking in and out guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• To anticipate guests needs and ensure that service is provided to the level they require and beyond their expectations.
• To attend training as required.
• To assist reservations department.
• To follow procedures in relation to opening/closing duties.
• To have a good knowledge of the local area and attractions, so that you can answer any guest queries.
• To be a team player, therefore to be flexible in your role and assist other departments if necessary.
• To carry out any other duties which you may be asked of my management.

Qualifications for the role include:

• Be proficient in Microsoft office
• Have experience in cash handling
• Must be able to take initiative
• Must have a keen eye for detail
• To be able to work in a fast paced, busy office environment
• To have excellent written and spoken English
• To enjoy working as part of a team
• Bike riding ability preferred
• To be passionate about customer care
• Must be able to work shift work including weekends and public holidays
