The Clinical Perfusion Scientist role at Cork University Hospital provides comprehensive specialist perfusion support for elective and emergency adult cardiac surgery on a 24/7 basis, as part of the Cardiothoracic Unit.
The post holder will work autonomously within the hospital environment and collaborate with Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeons, Anaesthetists, Intensivists, Nursing, Pharmacy and Biomedical Engineering to ensure safe, evidence-based perfusion care.
