About The RoleWe’re looking for an Innovation Lead (Manager) to join our Business, Product & Commercial Strategy team at The Dock. In this role, you will shape and deliver high impact innovation and commercial strategy projects—from early opportunity discovery through incubation, transition, and launch. You’ll connect teams, guide strategic direction, and help turn emerging ideas and technologies into scalable, market ready business propositions.
This role blends product strategy, commercial thinking, and cross disciplinary leadership. You’ll define where innovation meets real value, build strong commercial cases, develop pricing approaches, and empower teams to bring new products, platforms, and ecosystem plays to life.
Every project is different—ranging from pilotable assets to software solutions and new offerings—so you’ll bring clarity, structure, and commercial rigour to fast moving, complex environments.
