Golf Operations Account Executive Reporting to: General Manager Job Summary The Golf Operations Account Executive is responsible for managing relationships with client groups and fulfilment of services to them. This role combines account management and operational coordination to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and smooth implementation of services. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Account Executive liaising with existing client golf groups and answering emails in a timely manner. Support the planning and coordination of the golf holiday packages including reserving caddies, restaurants and sightseeing. Assist with booking hotels, golf courses, Transportation etc. for vacation packages. Preparing vacation information packs. Requesting and recording payments from clients and entering sales, payments etc. as necessary in the companys accounting systems. Airport Meet and Greet and primary contact for Clients while in Ireland/Scotland General Office duties and providing assistance to other team members. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point etc. Marketing functions such as social media, updating website and other online campaigns, and creating newsletters. Maintaining a courteous and professional working relationship with clients, travel agents, tour operators, hotels, golf courses and transport companies or other agents of the company. Travel opportunities. Familiarisation trips within Ireland, Scotland and England. Requirements: 3rd Level Education Qualification. Excellent attention to detail computer skills and interpersonal skills. Experience in the hospitality/ tourism/ golf industry is an advantage but not essential as training will be given. Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Experience in Customer Service and Operations an advantage Working knowledge of current popular social media and online marketing platforms an advantage Full driving license and car an advantage but not essential Salary: Year 1: Attractive package comprised of salary (35-45k) depending on experience, plus a company performance based annual bonus of up to 10% and a company pension. Position details: Office based working hours are flexible Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required during the busy operational season.
