Contracts Manager | Kildare / West Dublin Region c. €125K + Benefits A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale housing developments across the Kildare and West Dublin region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing business with a strong pipeline of high-quality residential projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing multiple site teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple residential construction projects from inception through to completion Manage and support Project Managers, Site Managers, and wider site teams Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, quality, and safety targets Monitor project performance and report regularly to senior management Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and commercial departments Drive programme delivery and resolve any operational issues efficiently Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle Requirements Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within residential construction Strong track record delivering large-scale housing or mixed-use developments Excellent leadership and communication skills Commercial awareness with strong programme management ability Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction processes Package Salary circa €125K DOE Bonus & comprehensive benefits package Long-term pipeline of projects in the Greater Dublin region Excellent career progression opportunities within a growing organisation Skills: Contracts Manager Developer Construction TPBN1_IJ
