About Your New Job As Sales Manager, you will: Own and manage all new and existing customer enquiries, turning inbound telephone and web enquiries into loyal customers, using your energy and persuasiveness to succeed. Deliver a first-class customer experience across phone, face-to-face and email communication with empathy, professionalism, and energy. Bring a personal touch to customer marketingsupported by external marketing experts. As a Salesperson, you will use consultative sales techniques to achieve your personal revenue and volume targets. Follow up with potential clients to maximise every sales opportunity, think creatively to address customer needs, and handle negotiations and contracts. Identify cross-selling opportunities and work closely with operations and colleagues to deliver the highest level of service and maximise revenue. Monitor and report on sales activity, conversion rates and CRM pipeline trends, identifying opportunities for improvement. Maintain store standards, assist in daily operations, and be a hands-on, dependable member of a small, supportive team. Work 40 hours per week, Monday Saturday (5 days, flexibility possible), with Saturday hours 9am4pm. What Skills You Need Demonstrable sales experience with clear results (ideally in call centre, retail or B2C environmentsno cold calling, all leads are warm). Excellent communication and customer engagement skills, both on the phone and face-to-face. Reliable, independent and a genuine team player with a focus on exceeding customer expectations and delivering outstanding results. Organised, analytical and comfortable using IT/CRM systems. Full clean driving licence and own transport required (travel between sites may be necessary).
