SGS Ireland is seeking to recruit a full time Talent Acquisition Partner based in our Ringaskiddy office. To support the business in Talent Acquisition. Strategically place top talent in the right positions and ensure a structured process and policy is in line with Group policy and local Legislation. Supporting the wider HR function with a view to develop and broaden the successful candidates knowledge across SGS Ireland. Job Description Primary Responsibilities Responsible for recruitment activities of attraction, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, offer management and onboarding processes. Take the Lead with the in-house recruitment tool; Smartrecruiters, ensure that it is being utilised to its full potential, including the reporting/analytics function. Train Managers/Supervisors, all employees in the art of interviewing skills, including utilising Smartrecruiters and how to give feedback after an interview. Provide reporting updates on recruitment metrics to all stakeholders, including identifying process improvement opportunities. Annual review of recruitment policy and procedure(s), ensuring fit-for-purpose. Develop retention strategy for all business segments. Engage with Segment Managers in forecasting and planning for their recruitment needs. Participate in career fairs and working with third level Education providers in supporting Internships, Work Placements, Apprenticeships and building the SGS Brand. Supporting the HR team with Admin, HR queries, HR point of contact and in some instances training support Ensure full compliance with the Companys Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct, and act in accordance with SGS Irelands Equality & Diversity Policy and ensure others do so. At all times, adopt a safe behaviour by exercising due regard for the health and safety of yourself, colleagues, and clients, in line with the Companys policies and procedures. Qualifications Relevant Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience. Experience recruiting in Life Sciences Minimum 2 years experience in full life cycle recruitment in competitive and fast moving environments Experience of using social media as attraction methods High level competency in Microsoft Office Suite products Knowledge of commonly used best practices and procedures within Recruitment and HR is preferred Additional information Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation, build relationship and work collaboratively with others.
