About the role\n
An exciting opportunity hasopenedupfor a Product Ownerto joinour team at Davy. In the role, the successful candidate will:

\n - Define and communicate the product vision for the squad, aligning to business strategy
\n
\n
\n - Own and manage the backlog, prioritised against value outcomes and stakeholder requirements, and lead refinement, sprintplanningand review sessions for their squad
\n
\n
\n - Translate business requirements into features and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria
\n
\n
\n - Drive roadmap planning across release horizons and quarterly planning cycles
\n
\n
\n - Act as primary liaison between business and technology, and wider stakeholders asrequired, including reporting and wider updates
\n
\n
\n - Execute with Agile ways of working and methodologies
\n
\n
\n - Manage the governance and risk agenda for the squad appropriately, adhering to compliance and regulatory standards,participatingin governance forums as required andmaintainan appropriate audittrail
\n
About you\n
We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:
Experience & Background\n
\n - 5+ experienceas a Product Owner / Product Manager in technology-driven environments
\n - Strongtrack recorddelivering digital products and transformation initiatives across industries (e.g., financial services, eCommerce, or similar)
\n - Experience working acrossglobal, multi-stakeholder environmentswith distributed teams
\n - Background inend-to-end product delivery, from concept through to launch andoptimisation
\n - Previousexperience as aBusiness Analyst or similar roleis highly beneficial
\n
Product Ownership & Delivery\n
\n - Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned to business goals
\n - Expertisein managing andprioritisingaproduct backlog, ensuring clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
\n - Experience deliveringcomplex digital products, including API integrations, data transformation, and automation initiatives
\n - Strong understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum /SAFe) with hands‑on involvement in key ceremonies (planning, refinement, demos, retrospectives)
\n - Ability to define and trackKPIs and success metricsto measure product performance
\n
Stakeholder Management\n
\n - Excellent ability toengage, influence, and collaborate with senior stakeholders, including business, technology, and operations
\n - Experience runningworkshops to gather requirements and solve business problems
\n - Skilled at balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
\n
Leadership & Collaboration\n
\n - Experience leading and motivatingcross-functional Agile teams(engineering, UX, business analysts, etc.)
\n - Strongteamleadership and mentoring capabilities, with the ability to support and guide junior team members
\n - Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines in complex environments
\n
Technical & Analytical Skills\n
\n - Strong understanding oftechnology concepts, including APIs, data integration, and digital platforms
\n - Comfortable working closely with engineering teams onsolution design and delivery
\n - Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
\n - Experience drivingprocess improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
\n
Tools & Ways of Working\n
\n - Proficient in tools such asJira, Confluence, and other Agile delivery platforms
\n - Experience withprocess mapping, documentation, and workflow tools
\n - Familiarity withdata tools (e.g., SQL) or technical conceptsisadvantageous
\n
