Project Manager |Rathcoole Salary: €110,000 €125,000 + Benefits The Opportunity An established main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team delivering a major education project in Rathcoole, South Dublin. The project involves the construction of a new facility on an existing school campus, with a value of approximately €15 million.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a high-quality project from delivery through to completion, working with a respected contractor with a strong pipeline of upcoming work. Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from commencement to completion. Manage all aspects of construction delivery, ensuring the project is completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers. Manage project programme, resources, procurement and commercial performance. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and quality requirements. Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams and key stakeholders. Identify and manage risks, resolving issues efficiently throughout the project lifecycle. Drive a positive culture of collaboration, quality and continuous improvement. Requirements Degree qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline. Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering large-scale building projects. Strong main contractor background. Experience managing projects within education, commercial, healthcare, residential or similar sectors. Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver complex projects successfully.
