Accounts Technician Permanent Osborne Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Accounts Technician on behalf of a well-established law firm based in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a professional and supportive environment, working as part of a collaborative finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accuracy across client and supplier accounts. For You: Dublin 4 Fully Office-Based Salary: €30,000 - €32,000 Key Responsibilities: Managing the purchase ledger, including processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and resolving any discrepancies Maintaining the client ledger in line with legal accounting requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times Performing regular bank reconciliations and investigating any variances promptly Preparing and processing supplier and client EFT payments in a timely manner Assisting with month-end close processes, including account reconciliations and reporting support Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations Supporting general finance administration and contributing to process improvements where appropriate Requirements: 12 years experience in an accounts role Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Good IT proficiency Ability to work to deadlines and as part of a team For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Fiach OByrne or call Osborne Recruitment on If you are interested in finding out more about the above role and would like to be considered for this or other suitable roles that we may have available for your skill set please attach your CV via the link provided.
