The following list is not exhaustive. The job will involve the following responsibilities, amongst others:

• Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including gathering information, formatting, and proofreading.
• Coordinate with various departments and team members to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submission
• Work in a timely and goal-driven fashion to ensure tenders are finalised and approved well in time before tender deadline

In order to ensure you are selected for interview for this job opportunity, you must have the following:

• Have experience of a similar tender assistant role with proven experience of having submitted a minimum of ten public sector tenders successfully to date
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to a business level professional communication style
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to set deadlines and keep ahead of them to allow for unexpected situations which can occur
• Proficient in MS Office with high usage to date within a professional working environment
• Very strong organisational skills and time management skills

The salary range on offer for this temporary role is €30-35K per annum pro-rated depending on experience. A strong benefits package including pension is available to you from day one of employment.
