About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team on civil infrastructure projects across Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious quantity surveying professional to develop their career while supporting the successful commercial delivery of major civil engineering projects. Key Responsibilities: Provide quantity surveying support to site engineering and commercial teams. Monitor weekly and monthly project costs, productivity and commercial performance. Assist with claims measurement, valuations and commercial reporting. Prepare and update monthly valuations. Measure and value site works in accordance with project requirements. Support cost control and commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation. Assist with the administration of contractual and commercial requirements. Requirements: Degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Experience in a quantity surveying role within the civil engineering or construction sector. Working knowledge of commercial and contractual practices within the Irish civil engineering industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
