I’m partnering with a well-established Dublin law firm to recruit an Associate / Senior Associate for their Finance team. This is a high-autonomy role, ideal for someone ready to own their deals, drive client relationships, and make a tangible impact on the team’s continued growth.

The Role

You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of lending transactions, including:

• Residential Development Finance and Construction Work
• Standard bank drawdowns and more complex alternative lender structures

You’ll also:

• Act as the finance lead on multi-disciplinary deals, collaborating closely with Real Estate and Corporate teams
• Be the primary point of contact for key lenders, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice
• Work in a supportive environment with excellent ongoing instructions across a variety of clients

About You

• Experience: Ideally 3–6 years PQE in finance law. Experience doesn’t need to be “Big Law” syndicated deals – practical experience closing residential and commercial property-backed loans is key
• Mindset: A “doer” who can manage a high volume of files without losing attention to detail
• Autonomy: Comfortable running your own deals and taking responsibility for client deliverables
• Collaboration: Able to work across teams and build strong internal and external relationships
