Analytics Lead Dublin (Hybrid) 12 month contract I'm working with a client in Dublin that is seeking a Data/ Business Analytics Leader that can help the organisation extract the most value from their data & analytics department. The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience building relationships across an organisation right up to C-Suite, outlining strategy and acting as a critical link between the programme and the business. Responsibilities: Audit current data & analytics department and create a vision & roadmap that will enable the team to generate the most value from their data. Create a high-level delivery plan that satisfies both Leadership and line department C-level and Directors Ensure that resources clearly understand the objectives and the business rational behind the roadmap Provide accurate and regular reporting on the initiatives to senior stakeholders within the business Be a strong influence across business, tech and senior stakeholders Experience Required: 10+ years of experience in the area of data & analytics Extensive experience delivering data products at an enterprise scale Experience using data (numbers, reports, dashboards, metrics) and analytics tools to support decision-making in a business function or department. Track record of building strong internal relationships from line managers up to C-Suite Skilled in explaining analytical approaches and strategies to non-technical business users Experienced in working with Agile & Waterfall methodologies Advanced level of experience with the MS Office Suite Please note: Candidates must require a valid EU Passport/ Stamp 4 visa.
