Responsibilities
The post holder will work as part of an established cross border team and will be a suitably experienced HR practitioner responsible for the implementation of the CAWT HR agenda. The HR priorities focus on four themes:
The Human Resources & Workforce Mobility Manager will lead across these themes, work closely with and support the work of HR staff in all partner organisations, facilitate and contribute towards project planning, development and delivery as part of the CAWT SMT, and provide support to a range of funded/non‑funded projects.
