Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial high-volume screening calls through to final offer negotiations. Partner with hiring managers and talent teams to design structured recruitment plans and evaluate candidate suitability. Sourcing and pipeline talent proactively using market research, building a strong bench of qualified candidates. Maintain the applicant tracking system to ensure all requisition approvals and new openings are processed promptly. Suggest process improvements to optimise recruitment outcomes. Conduct candidate assessments to deliver high-quality shortlists and maintain strong interview-to-offer ratios. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in tech recruitment.
