Digital Campaign Program Manager

  • Hybrid – 2 days in the office – Dublin 2 – Thursday plus one more day
  • Salary: €51,000/annum pro rata
  • Contract: 11 months

In this role you will lead and execute digital adoption initiatives—primarily through targeted email and in‑product programs—with a special focus on campaign management, measurement, reporting and cross‑functional coordination.

You will partner closely with different teams to plan, launch, measure and continuously improve the campaigns. The role blends program management, content operations, analytics, and quality assurance to deliver consistent, on‑brand experiences to help customers activate, adopt, and expand their usage.

The successful candidate must also incorporate project management skills to identify content opportunities in the customer experience and suggest improvements, as well as measure the results and effectiveness of campaigns and other forms of proactive outreach to generate better customer outcomes. The successful candidate will also be analytical and skilled in storytelling, simplifying business concepts into engaging customer experiences and empowering customers to self-serve.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Scaled Campaign Management PM , owning planning, orchestration, prioritization, and delivery across key digital campaigns aligned to lifecycle stages.
  • Partner with Scaled Solutions and Marketing teams to align campaigns with broader business initiatives.
  • Drive CSM‑Managed Campaign Expansion by obtaining requirements and buy-in from Customer Success leadership and enabling field CSMs with playbooks, assets, and send‑cadence guidance.
  • Partner with Associate PMs on content and operations to streamline content intake, campaign calendars, and workflows, and maintain consistency and reusability across all DCS email campaigns.
  • Maintain a repository of Digital Customer Success (DCS) templates and documentation ensuring source‑of‑truth assets are current and discoverable.
  • Own Campaign Reporting reporting requirements for campaigns they own to translate performance into insights and next‑step recommendations.
  • Provide A/B Testing recommendations for DCS Campaigns (hypotheses, variants, guardrails), interpret results, and roll out learnings.
  • Partner with SSO XFN team to streamline and unify SSO's communication s to internal stakeholders and key partners

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in program management, campaign management, or digital customer success , preferably focused on email or in-product campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting , including the ability to measure campaign performance , interpret data, and translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Experience designing and executing end-user (B2C) engagement campaigns , including segmentation, messaging strategy, and optimization to drive activation, adoption, and retention.
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Journalism, Marketing, PR, Translation/Localization, or experience as a Marketing, Communications or Digital Program Manager.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and create engaging, customer-focused content.
  • Familiarity with content operations, QA processes , and workflow management, ensuring consistency, scalability, and reusability of campaign assets.
  • Excellent general computer and word processing;
  • Experience in digital programming or customer journey mapping a plus;
  • Experience with SQL
