About The RoleAs the EHSQ Manager, you will be a key member of the Littleconnell leadership team. The EHSQ manager will be the line manager for two direct reports who are responsible for ongoing execution of quality and other aspects of governance. In addition, you will collaborate with multiple teams to gain insights and share best practices, including the central Beer Governance team and Diageo Technical teams.
Additional Responsibilities IncludeWe are seeking an experienced people manager with a technical or science degree, or practical experience in EHSQ. You’ll have strong attention to detail and analytical skills and the ability to think creatively to develop and embed work practices and approaches.
