Do you have the financial insight to manage budgets, forecasts and job costings with confidence? Are you a qualified accountant who can bring clear reporting, strong controls and practical guidance to a growing business?
This is an opportunity to join an established organisation operating across the construction and manufacturing sectors.
We are looking for a Financial Controller to take ownership of day-to-day finance, reporting, budgeting and cost control across a group structure. You will work closely with senior management, helping the business make informed decisions through accurate figures, clear analysis and effective financial planning.
A key part of this role will be managing budgets, forecasts and job costings, ensuring projects and business activity are tracked accurately from a financial point of view. You will also oversee financial processes, support audits and ensure compliance with relevant ROI and NI tax requirements.

The BenefitsYou will be a fully qualified accountant with at least three years’ experience in a financial control, management accounting or similar role. Experience within construction, manufacturing or a project-based environment would be highly beneficial.
You will have strong knowledge of ROI and NI tax and legal requirements, as well as experience using accounting software such as Sage. You will be confident managing audits, preparing reports and working with senior stakeholders.
You will also bring excellent attention to detail, sound judgement and the ability to explain financial information in a clear and practical way.
