The Role

We are looking for General Operatives to join our team in Ballymount for the morning shift. As a General Operative, you will play an important role in ensuring products are processed, packaged, and delivered to our customers to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unloading soiled laundry from delivery trolleys, sorting, washing, drying, and finishing residents' clothing according to operational procedures.
  • Operating machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Inspecting garments for quality and reprocessing where required.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Following all health and safety protocols, including PPE requirements.
  • Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
  • Reporting equipment faults or safety hazards promptly.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an industrial laundry or production environment desirable but not essential – full training provided.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a positive team attitude.
