Programme Overview: Our 2-year Graduate IT Engineer Programme is designed for recent graduates with a passion for technology. You'll start as a Level 1 Helpdesk Engineer, learning the fundamentals of IT support, client interaction, and troubleshooting. Through hands-on experience and mentorship, you'll progress to Level 2 with the opportunity to specialise in Infrastructure, Networks, or Cyber Security.

What You'll Learn:

Provide Level 1 support to clients, handling live technical issues across networking, security, cloud infrastructure, and communications.
Administer Office365, Teams, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
Gain experience in monitoring systems, troubleshooting, and ensuring IT uptime.
Work closely with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Develop essential client-facing skills, managing customer expectations and providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming support calls and manage tickets through ConnectWise.
Deliver first-level support remotely to clients across multiple sectors.
Assist with scheduled calls and provide overflow support during busy periods.
Document technical solutions and update system records.

A 3rd level qualification in a technical discipline (preferred).
