Requirements for the role:

• The right candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. 
• Fully trained and certified in HACCP.
• Full understanding of budgeting and labour costs.
• Ideally, the right candidate would have a creative license to create new menus and deliver the finest food West Cork has to offer. 
• We are looking for a passionate person to be a leader in a really busy kitchen environment. 
• Accommodation is available for this position if needed.

Compensation:

• This position offers a salary between €50000 to €60000 depending on experience.
• Bonuses for waste control and labour cost management. 
• All tips are shared equally between kitchen and front-of-house staff.
