Salary: €116,111 – €134,604
A leading national provider of disability and specialist clinical services is seeking an experienced Head of Psychology to lead its psychology function across multiple Children’s Disability Network Teams (CDNTs) and complex‑care pathways.
This is a rare opportunity to join a progressive organisation delivering both regional disability services and specialised national programmes for children and adults with complex needs. The service provides multidisciplinary support, innovative clinical interventions, and evidence‑based therapies to individuals with a wide range of physical disabilities, neurodevelopmental conditions, and rare disorders.
The RoleThe Head of Psychology will oversee the effective delivery of high‑quality psychological services, including assessment, intervention, consultation, research, education, and family support.
You will play a key strategic role in shaping services for children and adults with disabilities, with a particular focus on developing and expanding supports in autism and neurodiversity. This leadership position involves driving service transformation, ensuring clinical excellence, and guiding a team of psychology and clinical staff to achieve organisational goals.
