Health & Safety Officer Location: Dublin (various project locations - flexibility required) Sector: Commercial, Residential & Civil Projects Reporting to: Health & Safety Manager / Project Manager Overview An established construction company is seeking a proactive Health & Safety Officer to support multiple projects across Dublin. The successful candidate will be required to travel between sites and must be flexible regarding project location. Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures Conduct regular site inspections and audits Ensure compliance with Irish health and safety legislation Carry out risk assessments and method statement reviews Deliver toolbox talks and safety training Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports Liaise with site management and subcontractors to promote a strong safety culture Maintain all health and safety documentation Assist in preparing safety reports for senior management Requirements Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety 3+ years' experience in a similar role within construction Experience across commercial, residential, and/or civil projects desirable Strong knowledge of Irish HSA regulations Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently across multiple sites Flexible and willing to travel throughout Dublin Full clean driving licence
