HR Manager

Dublin (Fitzwilliam Square) | Office-Based

Sentinel Group is a growing Irish business operating in regulated, people-critical environments across Ireland and the UK. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager
to take ownership of our people function and build scalable HR, training, and performance systems to support continued growth.

This is a senior, hands-on role with direct exposure to the Senior Management Team.

What You'll Do

• Lead HR governance and employee relations across the Group
• Own end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning
• Design and implement structured onboarding and training frameworks
• Introduce and embed a formal performance management system
• Strengthen culture, accountability, and professional standards

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in a senior HR role
• Strong expertise in Irish employment law
• Proven experience building HR processes in a growing business
• Commercial mindset with strong judgement and discretion
