An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor to join the Dublin office of a highly regarded international law firm. Our client is seeking an Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor with between two and five years' post‑qualification experience to complement a well‑established and ambitious team. This is an outstanding platform for an Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor who is looking to work on complex, cross‑border mandates alongside leading practitioners in the field.

The Role\n

• Advise on corporate insolvency, restructuring and recovery matters across a variety of sectors
\n
• Act for insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, creditors, and corporate clients
\n
• Assist on formal insolvency procedures including examinations, receiverships and liquidations
\n
• Support cross‑border restructuring transactions and international insolvency proceedings
\n
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents and advise on enforcement strategies
\n
• Develop and maintain client relationships, contributing to business development initiatives
\n

The Person\n

\n
• Qualified solicitor with 2–5 years' PQE in insolvency and/or restructuring
\n
• Experience gained within a respected commercial law firm environment
\n
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish insolvency legislation and procedure
\n
• Ability to manage your own caseload and work collaboratively within a team
\n
• Commercially minded with excellent drafting and communication skills
\n
• Ambition to develop a long‑term career within a leading international firm
