Orange Recruitment have partnered with an established Dublin-based Quantity Surveying and project management consultancy is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This role would suit an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor who has already built a solid foundation in consultancy or contracting and is now looking to take the next step in a supportive, professional environment where work quality and long-term client relationships matter. As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor you will be involved in the day-to-day delivery of projects across a range of sectors, working closely with senior surveyors, project managers and clients. Responsibilities: Preparation of cost plans, estimates and tender documentation Measurement and preparation of bills of quantities Tender analysis and reporting Cost reporting and cashflow forecasting Valuations, variations and final accounts Liaising with clients, design teams and contractors Supporting senior staff across multiple live projects Requirements: Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar 3-5 years' relevant experience (consultancy or contractor background) Good working knowledge of construction contracts and cost control Strong attention to detail and organised approach to workload Comfortable dealing directly with clients and project teams Ambitious, reliable and keen to progress professionally Skills: Commercially astute Quantity Surveyor Cost-conscious Quantity Surveyor Financially disciplined Quantity Surveyor Profit-focused Quantity Surveyor Value-driven Quantity surveyor Budget-savvy Quantity Surveyor
