The Role The Internal Mobility Consultant will serve as a program owner and talent acquisition consultant, driving an exceptional candidate and manager experience for mobility related to internal movement and relocation. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Talent Mobility within Global Talent Acquisition, this role owns offer letter creation and process execution for mobility requisitions, partnering tightly with Global Mobility, TA Ops, HR, and Hiring Managers to ensure compliant, timely, and accurate transitions. Offer Letter & Requisition Execution Own offer-letter creation, routing, and release for mobility requisitions, ensuring clauses, approvals, and compensation details align with policy and manager intent Be the primary mobility recruiting operations contact to keep candidates and managers informed on offer and relocation milestones; proactively escalate blockers Cross-Functional Partnership & Consultation Serve as a consultant to managers and the business, ensuring compliance with internal and global mobility policies and processes Partner with Global Mobility team to validate eligibility, policy selection, and relocation components (domestic, international, entity transfer) Coordinate with TA Ops, HR and Hiring Managers to ensure all critical information is documented and tracked Ensure audit-ready documentation and adherence to internal hand-offs. Project Management & Tech Integration Maintain up-to-date playbooks/SOPs, contribute to job aids, and surface process improvement opportunities Serve as the primary point of contact and mobility recruiting operations expert for mobility recruiting projects Provide mobility recruiting expertise on tech integration projects; contribute to product requirement gathering, based on operational expertise Qualifications Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong organizational and prioritization skills Experience owning and improving cross-functional processes Strong attention to detail Project and program management skills Benefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.
