Joining our Supply Chain team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing advanced Supply Chain Planning solutions that enhance operational excellence and regulatory compliance across global pharma and medical device sites. Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position: Proven experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response (Maestro), including proficiency in configuring Workbooks, Worksheets, Filters, Hierarchies, and Dashboards. Strong supply chain knowledge, particularly within pharma or biotech sectors, with the ability to configure solutions for high-stakes regulatory environments. Demonstrated success working effectively within multicultural, matrixed organisations and collaborating across diverse teams. Success in the Role: Deliver reduced cycle times for supply and demand balancing, improved forecast accuracy, and lowered finished goods inventory levels. Achieve successful, on-time, and compliant Gx P Kinaxis system implementation aligned with client schedules. Collaborate closely with Kinaxis product owners, digital teams, and business stakeholders to support end-to-end Kinaxis solution deployment across sites. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during Kinaxis implementation, contributing to continuous improvement and timely project delivery. What type of work will I be doing? Configure and maintain Kinaxis Maestro resources (Workbooks, Dashboards, Data Models, Views, and Metrics) to support S&OP, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning activities. Develop customised Life Sciences solutions addressing pharma-specific needs such as expiry date management, campaign planning, cold chain logistics , and tender management. Define, build, and test data transformations (ETL) using Kinaxis Data Integration Server or Talend to integrate with SAP ERP (S/4 HANA). Build and maintain "what-if" scenario models for supply chain disruptions, inventory optimisation, and production capacity constraints. Troubleshoot performance issues within the Kinaxis environment and provide technical support to super users during and after go-live. Ensure all system developments comply with industry standards and assist with Computer System Validation (CSV) processes as required. Create technical specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals to support system use and maintenance. Who is the Hiring Manager?
