We are working with a leading international luxury consumer brand. They are looking for a Luxury CRM and Customer Engagement Specialist to join their European E-Commerce & Customer Experience. This is a hybrid position based out of the company’s Dublin office.
The position sits between Customer Support and Central CRM teams and is heavily focused on strategic client engagement, data analysis, personalised outreach and luxury client experience.
You will work across a high-value European customer base, using data and behavioural insights to shape personalised one-to-one client engagement strategies across ecommerce and customer service channels.
If you are coming from a luxury retail, fashion, beauty, jewellery or premium consumer background and understand the importance of tailored client relationships and high-touch customer engagement this role could be for you.
Responsibilities:
- Analysing customer and sales data to identify engagement opportunities and purchasing behaviours
- Managing and segmenting high-value customer lists for personalised outreach campaigns
- Working closely with Customer Service and CRM teams across Europe to optimise the client journey
- Supporting strategic CRM and clienteling initiatives across ecommerce and customer experience
- Monitoring campaign and client engagement performance using data and reporting tools
- Using Excel and PowerBI to generate insights and influence business decisions
- Supporting omnichannel communication plans and personalised client experiences
- Collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders across CRM, Ecommerce and Customer Experience teams
What we’re looking for:
- Experience within CRM, clienteling, customer engagement or digital marketing
- Background within luxury, premium or high-end consumer brands
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel and PowerBI skills
- Experience working with CRM platforms and customer segmentation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Understanding of personalised one-to-one customer engagement rather than mass marketing
- Additional European language skills such as Italian, Spanish, French or German would be a plus
