We are actively seeking a new Maintenance Operations Manager to join our well known client in Cavan to oversee and support a team of maintenance technicians. The Maintenance Operations Manager will oversee all maintenance activities at the Cavan site, ensuring equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement to support efficient production.

• Lead maintenance across all processing and packing lines.
• Manage PPM schedules and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and refrigeration issues.
• Ensure full compliance with food, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Lead and develop a multi-skilled maintenance team.
• Manage budgets, spare parts, contractors, and service providers.
• Support capital projects, upgrades, and new equipment procurement.

• Engineering background (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent).
• 5+ years’ maintenance leadership experience in food processing.
• Strong problem-solving, team leadership, and regulatory knowledge.
• Experience with budgeting and maintenance software; comfortable in cold-chain environments.

Desirable: automation/PLC knowledge, trade qualification, wastewater experience, CAD skills.
