Manager - Insurance Financial Reporting Location: Dublin (Hybrid - 1 day in-office) Role type: Permanent Package: Salary: €70 - 80 K plus pension, health insurance, bonus Are you a qualified accountant with a background in insurance and a passion for financial reporting and process improvement? Our client, a leading professional services firm, is hiring a Finance Manager to join their specialist insurance team. This is a high-impact role with exposure to global insurance clients, particularly in the US, and the opportunity to help build out a new platform for outsourced finance operations. Your Role Lead delivery of financial reporting, compliance, and operational finance services for insurance clients Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior finance stakeholders Provide practical accounting guidance under IFRS and Irish/UK GAAP Identify and drive improvements in finance processes, reporting, and automation Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture Contribute to business development and help shape the future direction of the team Your Skills Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) 5+ years' experience in the insurance sector (audit or in-house) Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance Background in consulting, shared services, or BPO is a strong advantage Skilled in tools such as Power BI or Excel automation is a bonus Why Apply Fast-track career progression - annual promotion potential for high performers Strategic growth opportunity - help shape a new platform for US insurance clients International exposure - work with US and Bermuda-based insurers Hybrid and flexible working - typically 1-2 days in-office Supportive, collaborative culture - work closely with experienced leadership If this opportunity is of interest to you, please send your CV to Aoife Davis at Abrivia.
