The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Planner to join our expanding Project Delivery Team.
This is a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and wants to make a real impact on large‑scale engineering projects.
Your Key Responsibilities
Project Scheduling & Planning
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Integrate resource, cost, and risk data to support efficient delivery.
Ensure alignment between design, procurement, and construction timelines.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
Track progress against milestones and deadlines.
Deliver regular reports with critical path analysis, forecasts, and lookahead schedules.
Identify delays and recommend recovery actions.
Collaboration & Communication
Partner with project managers, engineers, and site teams to maintain accurate planning data.
Lead planning meetings and cross‑functional sessions.
Risk & Change Management
Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Evaluate the impact of project changes and communicate outcomes to the team.
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or similar.
Proven planning experience in construction, utilities, or engineering.
Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Desirable:
Experience on electrical or infrastructure projects (Data Centres, Life Sciences, Renewables).
Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project control techniques.
Familiarity with BIM and digital construction tools.
