The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Planner to join our expanding Project Delivery Team.

This is a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and wants to make a real impact on large‑scale engineering projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

Project Scheduling & Planning

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Integrate resource, cost, and risk data to support efficient delivery.
  • Ensure alignment between design, procurement, and construction timelines.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track progress against milestones and deadlines.
  • Deliver regular reports with critical path analysis, forecasts, and lookahead schedules.
  • Identify delays and recommend recovery actions.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with project managers, engineers, and site teams to maintain accurate planning data.
  • Lead planning meetings and cross‑functional sessions.

Risk & Change Management

  • Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Evaluate the impact of project changes and communicate outcomes to the team.
What You’ll Bring

Essential:

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or similar.
  • Proven planning experience in construction, utilities, or engineering.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience on electrical or infrastructure projects (Data Centres, Life Sciences, Renewables).
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project control techniques.
  • Familiarity with BIM and digital construction tools.
