Product Manager Location: Hybrid Type: Permanent Working on behalf of a Finance organisation is seeking a Product Manager to support the integration of a digital banking platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, analysis, and delivery, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive platform innovation within an Agile environment. You will work closely with stakeholders, engineering, and QA teams to ensure product features are well defined, aligned to customer needs, and delivered to a high standard. Responsibilities * Collaborate with product stakeholders to define and refine requirements * Own and manage user stories and backlog items for development teams * Act as liaison between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding * Analyse and map business processes, user journeys, and integration points * Support engineering and QA throughout the SDLC * Maintain accurate documentation of product features, APIs, and integration flows * Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives * Contribute to continuous improvement across the product function Requirements * 5+ years experience in a Product Manager or Business Analyst role within software or fintech * Strong experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban * Solid understanding of APIs and microservices architectures * Experience within banking or financial services environments highly desirable * Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Success Measures * High quality, clear user stories requiring minimal rework * Delivery aligned to sprint and release timelines * Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication * Accurate and current documentation across the product lifecycle * Effective cross team delivery with engineering and QA Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
