Production Manager

Location: Co. Mayo

(This role would suit a Production Supervisor or Production Project Manager ready to progress.)

We are recruiting a Production Manager to lead manufacturing and logistics operations for a growing organisation based in Mayo. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

You will take ownership of production performance, develop a high‑performing team, and play a key role in shaping manufacturing strategy and long‑term resource planning.

• Lead all manufacturing and logistics operations, ensuring strong H&S and quality compliance.
• Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer deadlines and commercial targets.
• Build, motivate, and develop a high‑performing production team.
• Drive continuous improvement through KPIs and lean initiatives.
• Manage production costs in line with budgets and P&L objectives.
• Work closely with Engineering, Contracts, Procurement, and HR to optimise operations.
• Oversee maintenance programmes for plant and equipment.
• Provide weekly production and KPI reports to senior leadership.
• Support strategic planning for new products, processes, and markets.
