Project Manager Location: Leixlip / Dublin Duration: 9-10 months remaining on current project, with further projects secured locally Project Status: Live project - Immediate involvement required Overview An experienced Project Manager is required to join a live airport-related construction project based in Leixlip / Dublin. The successful candidate will step into an active site with approximately 9-10 months remaining and play a key role in driving delivery through to completion. Strong pipeline of work in the area offers continued opportunities beyond this project. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of the project from current stage through to completion Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders Monitor programme, budgets, and progress against key milestones Chair site meetings and report on project performance to senior management Ensure quality standards are achieved and maintained throughout delivery Oversee health and safety compliance and promote best practice on site Identify and manage risks, delays, and technical issues proactively Work closely with commercial teams on procurement, variations, and cost control Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction, infrastructure, or aviation-related projects Strong background delivering fast-paced or technically complex builds Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project timelines Relevant third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline Strong knowledge of site operations, health and safety, and project reporting What's on Offer Immediate start on an active, high-profile project 9-10 months remaining with strong continuity of work locally afterwards Established project team and structured delivery environment Competitive salary and package depending on experience
