Project Manager / Site Manager Location: Dublin 2 Sector: Civil Engineering / Utilities Infrastructure Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent An established and growing civil engineering contractor is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager or Site Manager to join its Dublin-based operations. This role offers the opportunity to work on essential infrastructure and utility projects in a fast-paced, professional environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working alongside ESB and a strong understanding of managing live civil engineering projects safely and efficiently. Whether your background is project management or site management, this position offers long-term career progression within a company with a strong pipeline of ongoing work. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate civil engineering and utility infrastructure projects Supervise site operations, subcontractors, and direct labour teams Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams Maintain compliance with health & safety and quality procedures Monitor project progress, reporting, and daily site activities Requirements Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline Minimum 2 years experience working alongside ESB Previous experience in either a Project Manager or Site Manager role Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and live work environments Full driving licence preferred Candidates based in Dublin or the surrounding areas are highly desirable Whats on Offer Competitive salary package based on experience Company vehicle and fuel card Laptop and mobile phone provided Pension scheme Statutory sick pay Long-term work pipeline and career progression opportunities Professional and supportive working environment Working Hours Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Please send your CV to: All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
