Property Manager My client is seeking a proactive, organised, and customer-focused Property Management Manager to oversee and deliver their premium property management services. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate property maintenance, lead client communications, and ensure exceptional service delivery across our portfolio of holiday homes. This is a hands-on role suited for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for providing outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Property Operations s Maintenance Oversee the complete management of a portfolio of holiday homes across County Clare. Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and Coordinate and supervise contractors, cleaners, maintenance teams. Manage preventative and corrective maintenance Respond promptly to property-related issues, emergencies, and client Client Relationship Management Serve as the main point of contact for Provide regular updates and reporting to clients on property status, maintenance, and occupancy (where applicable). Build strong, trust-based relationships with homeowners through professionalism, transparency, and Administration s Compliance Oversee documentation, contracts, service agreements, and compliance Ensure accurate record-keeping, budgeting, and invoicing for property Monitor service-level agreements and quality standards for all external Business Development Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and operational Lead initiatives to grow the company's client base by proactively identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and promoting our services to prospective Develop and implement outreach strategies to establish a strong market presence and support the long-term growth of the Collaborate with leadership to design and execute plans that drive revenue, expand our network, and strengthen our competitive position in the Requirements Proven experience in property management, hospitality, facilities management is essential for this role. Excellent organisational, time-management, and problem-solving Strong communication and interpersonal Experience coordinating contractors and managing maintenance Ability to remain calm, resourceful, and responsive in emergency Proficiency in administrative tasks, record management, and digital A valid driver's licence and familiarity with the County Clare region is essential.
