Joel's Restaurant is seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant General Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our flagship restaurant. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for service excellence, team performance, financial results, and brand standards.
We are looking for a hands-on operator who leads from the floor, builds strong teams, and delivers consistently exceptional guest experiences.
About The Role
The RoleAs Restaurant General Manager, you will have full accountability for the performance of Joel's Restaurant, ensuring high standards across service, food quality, team engagement, and profitability. You will work closely with the Head Chef and senior management to drive commercial success while maintaining a strong people-first culture.
