A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Security Team Lead who will work onsite with one of our pharma clients in Galway. This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual with great leadership skills as well as passion for Security and likes to be hands-on.

The position would require working days, 12hrs shifts, 48hrs per week. Monday - Thusday / Tuesday - Friday

Rate of Pay : €16.41 Per Hour

You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.

The Team Lead role is required to provide an efficient, effective and professional security service, deputising for the Site Supervisor when needed.

Key Duties

• Act as an ambassador for the company
• Follow on site security requirements including access control and CCTV
• Report any security events in the onsite log
• Access control
• Visitors first point of contact
• Deal with emergency situations, supporting emergency services as required
• Complete the onsite paperwork in a clear format
• Liaise with Bidvest Noonan Management and the National Call Centre regarding any security issues or problems
• Customer Care Experience

Key Requirements

• 5 year verifiable history
• Valid PSA Static Licence
• Valid Visa to work in Ireland on a full-time basis
• Previous experience in a corporate role would be preferred, however training will be provided
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
• Customer/Client focused
• Must be able to work under pressure, be able make decisive decisions during incidents and difficult situations.
• Basic computer literacy required
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to respond to issues in an effective, efficient and calm manner
