Duties & Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of structured finance and aircraft leasing SPVs, acting as a key relationship contact. Coordinate board meetings, prepare minutes and oversee corporate governance deliverables. Lead the onboarding of new transactions and entities, ensuring efficient and compliant setup. Liaise with clients, legal counsel, arrangers, trustees and other counterparties. Monitor regulatory and legal developments impacting structured entities. Support and mentor junior team members where required. Ensure internal records and governance documentation are accurate and up to date. Contribute to process improvements and operational initiatives within the team. Experience 4+ years' experience in corporate administration, legal services, aviation, structured finance or financial services. Strong understanding of SPVs and corporate governance requirements. Degree qualified in Law, Business or a related discipline. Company secretarial qualification (or working toward one) is advantageous. Confident communicator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple transactions and working directly with senior stakeholders.
